Our Method & Pricing

Snapptraffic is not an implementation company in the typical sense. We do not design, build, and deliver a system, collect our fees, and then turn and walk away. We intend to join you in the process of continually improving your Salesforce system. We hope to be an on-going resource to you and a long-term member of your team.

The Initial Consultation

When you contract with Snapptraffic for consulting services, we begin with an extensive interview so that we can learn how your company does business. We will be trying to learn about your products and services, how your sales staff works with your clients, how each contact moves through your sales pipeline, what kind of information managers need to be effective, and how sales information is transmitted to the people who deliver your product or service. In a nutshell, we want to figure out how you do business.

We will also talk about the other major sections of your company such as marketing, product/service development and delivery, and customer support. Today, every part of a company will find most aspects of their operations supported by functions within Salesforce and we want you to be able to take advantage of that.

Meeting Online

When it is time for us to meet, we use online meetings so that we can both look at the same computer screen. We use online meetings when we need to work on Salesforce together, review document templates, go over training materials, and to conduct training. Online meetings are particularly useful when it is time to answer the questions that your sales team have and to train them to use Salesforce effectively. We also use conference calls to meet with as many people on your staff as necessary. We can conduct training across an entire organization in one conference call with everyone at their desks watching and learning.

Implementation Planning

After that consultation, we will come up with a plan to begin your Salesforce customization. It will include basic concepts such as “determine sales stages” and “identify custom field requirements”, etc. Together we’ll go over that plan and upon your approval, we will get started with those customizations.

Our Commitment

Our commitment to our clients is to provide the most value possible for the expense incurred. Our underlying guarantee is to only charge clients for that which they agree adds value to their system. If you are not satisfied with the work accomplished, you will not be billed.

Where possible, and if desired, we will identify work that does not require our Salesforce expertise and which can be accomplished by your company internally to cut down on hours required. We are happy to train you to do anything that we might otherwise do for you.
